Class Description

The Power of Step is classic Retro step aerobics reimagined with high energy and low impact choreographed routines, set to old and new school Hip-Hop, R&B, Dancehall, Soca, Afro-Beats, and Gospel music. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening classes. Our classes are 60 minutes in length (including warm-up, cool down, and 5-minute meditation).

Xtreme Hip-Hop Step 101 Fundamentals

The Power of Step instructors will introduce you to the basic moves to master the mechanics of Xtreme Hip-Hop step. Each move is broken down and taught so that every member gains the confidence to put their best foot forward to try any intermediate and advanced moves.

All fitness levels are welcome - beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

  • Aerobic Step (Note: no step, no problem! Simply tape the dimensions of a standard step platform: 41 inches x 16 inches and join us.
